Makhana, the seed of the lotus, grows in sunlit freshwater ponds, a crop with a story as old as the land itself.

Seeds are gathered from the pond bed, cleaned and sun-dried with care and patience.

Heat transforms each hard seed into a light, crunchy puff, then we season it simply.
